Set in the quiet leafy village of Crowthorne, with free access to a nearby Sports Club, this is Grade II-listed Victorian building has benefited from a million-pound refurbishment.
The extensive refurbishment has restored The Waterloo Hotel to its former glory with a contemporary twist. This has created a warm and comfortable establishment with modern decor and a friendly environment. The hotel provides an excellent base for exploring Berkshire, including Royal Ascot, Farnborough Air Show, Legoland, Thorpe Park and Windsor Castle.
Crowthorne is a small village, and the earliest commonly accepted reference to it comes from a map made in 1607 (John Norden's survey). The map had Crowthorne mentioned as the point where 3 paths met through the New Forest.

By Car (from the M4);
- Exit the M4 at junction 10, following signs to Bracknell via A329. Then follow signs to Sandhurst (A3095).
- Take a right turn at roundabout for Crowthorne (B3348).
- At the mini roundabout proceed straight ahead.
- The hotel is situated on left hand side after traffic lights.
Directions from the M3:
- Exit the M3 at junction 4 heading left towards Camberley (A331).
- Follow signs to Sandhurst and Crowthorne (A3095).
- Take a left turn at the roundabout for Crowthorne (B3348).
- At the mini roundabout proceed straight ahead.
By Train:
- Crowthorne provides easy access to and from central London by train with regular departures.
By Air:
- London Heathrow Airport is about 15 minutes away by car.
